Operate industrial sewing machines and stitch garments according to company patterns and quality standards. Maintain machines and meet daily production targets.
Draft accurate patterns and cut fabrics for production. Ensure minimal fabric wastage and coordinate with machinists to bundle pieces for sewing.
Inspect finished uniforms for defects and perform finishing tasks including thread trimming, ironing, and packaging. Enforce NORUGS quality standards.
Supervise machinists and ensure workflow efficiency. Set daily/weekly production targets, resolve technical/operational issues, and report to management on production status.
Handle orders, invoices, and receipts. Manage customer communication and sales pipeline. Oversee procurement of fabrics and trims. Drive marketing through social media, radio, and flyers.
